Refund policy
Return Policy:
- All cancelations must be submitted within 12 hours of purchase.
- Social Bullie currently does not accept returns due to most items being made to order.
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Damaged items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item.

Shipping Policy:
We are not responsible for any damage within transit. If you have insurance on your package with priority mail, please contact Social Bullie and we will assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
